How do I place an order with Frezyderm.us?

How can I check the status of my order?

Your order will be dispatched by Frezyderm’s Warehouse within 1-2 working days after the date that you placed the order.  

When your order and payment are validated, Frezyderm will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Notification email by UPS which confirms the shipping of your order. 

Will I have a receipt for my order?

The receipt of your order will be included in the package that you will receive.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You are entitled to return your goods within 14 days. To read more, please visit our full returns policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We process a refund within 1-2 business days of receiving the good, however it depends on the Bank and Paypal in how many days you will receive the refund.

What are the estimated delivery times offered?

Orders are dispatched by the warehouse located in Athens, Greece, then dispatched by the carrier nominated by Frezyderm (UPS). To read more about the estimated delivery time and delivery costs, please click here.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can make a payment with Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and Paypal.

All payments on FREZYDERM online store are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology of Symantec Secure Server to protect any credit/debit card or Paypal information that is submitted at the time of the order.

How do I use a promotional code?

From time to time, FREZYDERM offers special promotional coupons codes to our customers. To use your coupon code simply enter it in the relevant field on the Shopping Basket page or on the Delivery/Billing page during the Checkout process. When a coupon code is accepted, it will be displayed on the total cost of your order.

Please Note: Promotion coupons codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one coupon code may be used per online order.

Why create an account?

To enable us to process your order, we need some information about you such as your delivery address, billing address and email address. You can provide us this information either by creating an account or as a guest.

The creation of an account will also allow you to benefit fully from services offered, for instance creating a list of your own personal favourite products, viewing past orders, etc.

Your account’s details can be changed by you at any time by managing your account online.

It can also be completely removed from our database upon request.

How do I find my username / password?

If you forget your password, select the "Sign in" button and select "Forgotten Password?" You will then receive a hyperlink via email which can be followed to reset your password.

How can I sign up to receive FREZYDERM news?

To sign up for the FREZYDERM Newsletter, simply fill your email address in the field at the bottom of the website. Then fill in the required fields and click "Submit".

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the FREZYDERM Newsletter with a single click on the link at the bottom of the page in the last newsletter you receive.
